When statistics becomes a bottleneck
Do any of these situations sound familiar?
Statistical analysis rarely stalls through lack of effort. It usually raises specialist questions: which procedure suits the data, how to check assumptions, how to meet institutional presentation requirements and how to explain results in clear academic language.
Your survey is complete, but you have not selected a test
You have collected data but are unsure which statistical procedure fits the data and hypotheses.
Your supervisor asks for a more rigorous analysis
You have received feedback without specific guidance on which method to use or how to justify it.
Your dataset needs cleaning
Missing values, reverse-coded items and open-ended responses require systematic cleaning and coding before analysis.
SPSS output needs to become a results narrative
The tables exist, but the interpretation does not yet connect the findings to your hypotheses and institutional requirements.
The deadline is approaching and the results chapter is empty
Time is limited, and the analysis, outputs and interpretation still need to be completed and aligned.
Your analysis has been judged unsuitable
You have written the results but received feedback that the method does not fit the data or research design.
These difficulties reflect the specialist knowledge statistics requires, rather than a lack of effort.
That is where we can help.
Scope of service
What statistical analysis includes
The scope is tailored to your study, dataset and institutional requirements. Depending on our agreement, it includes the following areas.
Data preparation, cleaning and coding
Importing or entering data, checking missing and inconsistent values, recoding items, creating composite variables and assessing scale reliability, for example using Cronbach's alpha.
Descriptive statistics
Frequencies, percentages, measures of central tendency and dispersion, and sample characteristics, presented in tables and charts following faculty or journal guidelines.
Test selection and hypothesis testing
Checking assumptions such as normality and homogeneity of variance, followed by appropriate parametric or non-parametric procedures: t-tests, ANOVA, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, chi-squared tests and correlations, aligned with your hypotheses and data.
Regression and advanced analyses
Linear and logistic regression and other methods where the research questions require them, without unnecessary complexity when a simpler analysis provides a stronger basis for conclusions.
Interpretation of results
Each finding is explained in clear academic language: what it shows, which hypothesis it addresses and what its limitations are. You receive an expert basis you can understand and use independently, rather than raw output alone.
Written explanation of results
Alongside statistical results, you receive a written explanation of key findings, procedures and interpretation, helping you understand and use the results correctly in your work.
Tools
The tools we use
We tailor analysis to your data, research questions, institutional requirements and required output format. We work in SPSS, R, Excel, Stata, jamovi and JASP, selecting the tool to suit the analysis and deliverables.
SPSS
For data preparation, descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression models and other analyses commonly used in academic and applied research.
R
For advanced, flexible and fully reproducible statistical analysis, data processing and high-quality visualisation.
Excel
For structuring, reviewing, cleaning and exploring data, and preparing clear tables and charts.
Stata
For statistical modelling, data processing and reproducible analysis, particularly in economics, social sciences, health and epidemiology.
jamovi
For accessible, reproducible statistical analysis in a modern open-source environment based on R.
JASP
For frequentist and Bayesian statistical analysis, clear outputs and transparent reporting.
You do not need to choose the software in advance. After reviewing your research question, dataset and institutional guidelines, we recommend a suitable tool and analytical approach.
Read more about choosing an analytical approach in our article How to choose a statistical test.
Who the service is for
For anyone who needs reliable analysis of their own data
We work with authors of empirical studies and research projects in social sciences, business, health, education and related fields. The project's level determines the scope, while our standards for analysis and interpretation remain consistent.
Master's and specialist postgraduate students
For empirical undergraduate and master's dissertations that require appropriate analysis and clear explanation.
Doctoral and postgraduate students
For complex research designs, larger sets of variables and analyses that must withstand supervisor and committee scrutiny.
Doctors and healthcare professionals
For research undertaken alongside clinical responsibilities, where time is limited and analytical requirements are demanding.
Researchers and article authors
For analyses and results presentations that must meet academic and professional journal standards.
Institutions and businesses
For surveys, evaluations and internal research requiring reliable data analysis and clear expert findings.
Research teams and projects
For project research requiring documented, reproducible analysis that all team members can understand.
If you are unsure where your project fits, send a short description. After reviewing the materials, we will explain the appropriate approach and scope.
Levels of support
Three service levels
Choose a scope of support suited to your project, academic level and preferred way of working.
Expert assessment and analysis plan
A review of your research question, hypotheses, dataset and institutional guidelines, with a written plan of recommended analyses, procedural sequence and key methodological considerations.

The final price depends on the research scope, number and type of variables, dataset condition, analytical complexity and deadline. After reviewing your materials, we provide a clear quote defining the scope and deliverables before work begins.
How we work together
How we work in five steps
The process is straightforward and transparent, with scope, deliverables and deadlines agreed in advance. Communication takes place in writing so that requirements, analytical decisions, recommendations and deliverables remain documented.
Send your materials
Send your dataset or planned research outline, institutional guidelines and deadline. If no dataset exists yet, a research outline and instrument are sufficient.
Receive an expert assessment and quote
We review your materials and explain which analyses are appropriate, the required scope, timeframe and cost. We normally respond within one working day.
We conduct the agreed analyses
We work within the agreed scope and ask for clarification whenever data are unclear or open to different interpretations.
We deliver the results
Tables, charts and written interpretation in Word, formatted to institutional guidelines and numbered according to the project's requirements.
We explain the results in writing
We explain findings in writing and remain available for supervisor feedback within the agreed scope.
Good analysis requires an appropriate method, accurate execution and an interpretation you can explain in your own words.
Deliverables
What you receive
Deliverables are designed to help you use the results in your work and explain them to your supervisor or committee.
A cleaned and documented dataset
An organised dataset with documented cleaning, recoding and derived-variable procedures.
Tables and charts following your guidelines
Numbered, titled tables and charts formatted to your faculty, institution or journal requirements.
Interpretation organised by hypothesis
Interpretation linked to your hypotheses or research questions, for incorporation into your results chapter.
Methods with supporting rationale
Each test includes an explanation of why it was selected, addressing a question supervisors and committees frequently ask.
A clearly defined scope
What is included and what we do not do
We define boundaries in advance so expectations are clear on both sides.
What is included
Everything specified in your chosen service level, communication throughout the work, agreed revision rounds and confidential handling of data and documents.
What we do not do
We do not write the work in place of its author, fabricate or manipulate data, or guarantee grades, successful defence or other academic outcomes. Interpretation is provided as expert support for you to understand, adapt and incorporate into your own work.
