4. Content rights and use of materials
Materials prepared by PROEXPERTA, such as methodological proposals and plans, statistical analyses, interpretations, editorial and language revisions, formatting and working notes, support the client's project. They help the client structure, ground, analyse and edit their own work within the agreed scope.

The client remains the author and academically responsible for their work or research. Delivered materials must be used in accordance with institutional rules and academic standards.

The client may use delivered materials for the agreed purpose and project, consistent with institutional rules and applicable academic or professional standards. PROEXPERTA retains the right to use its general methods, templates and expertise in other projects without disclosing client data, materials or identity.

PROEXPERTA respects confidentiality and will not distribute, sell or otherwise share materials produced with a client without the client's express permission.

5. Limitation of liability
PROEXPERTA does not accept responsibility for consequences arising from your use of our services or for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
